• Transaction & Accounting Records: Customer details, vendor profiles, product catalogs, HSN/SAC codes, price lists, quotations, tax invoices, bills of supply, credit/debit notes, and payment receipts created by you.
• Technical & Device Information: IP address, device model, operating system version, app version, and timestamp logs strictly for authentication security and error diagnostics.

We use your data solely for the following legitimate purposes:

• To generate GST-compliant invoices, quotations, and statutory tax reports (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) as commanded by you.
• To synchronize your records in real time across your authorized devices (phone, tablet, computer).
